WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
In our workshop, we use high-quality natural materials - most commonly triple-tanned leather, water buffalo leather, and genuine parchment.
IS CUSTOM PRODUCTION POSSIBLE?
Yes, it all depends on agreement. If you're interested in custom production or modifying an existing product, feel free to contact us. For knife sheath production, we always require the physical knife to ensure a perfect fit.
BRICK-AND-MORTAR STORE / ATELIER
Our workshop/atelier is located in Benešov near Prague. Currently, we do not have fixed opening hours - it's best to contact us in advance via phone or email. You can find the address here.
HOW TO CARE FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS
I recommend treating leather products with preparations containing beeswax. We offer a balm that we make ourselves, following a proven recipe. Using Indulona to care for leather products is strongly discouraged.
PRODUCTION TIME
Currently, production time depends on the type of product. Chokers can be made within a day. Masks, hats, and bags take about two weeks. However, it's possible that production time may exceed these estimates. We produce quivers and baskets in batches several times a year, so waiting times can vary between one week and three months. If your order is urgent, please let us know.
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies only to products that are not custom-made or made-to-measure. If you wish to return an order, please contact us.
Shipping and Payment
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We ship via Czech Post and Zásilkovna (Packeta). Zásilkovna has contracts with several courier services. In some countries, delivery to Zásilkovna collection points is possible (Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, and Romania). Alternatively, personal pickup at our Atelier is also available.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay in advance by card, bank transfer, or PayPal. We also accept cash and card payments on-site.
