1. The controller of personal data under Section 5 para. o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended ("the Act"), is Michal Dvořák IČO 06104070, registered office Tyršova 194, 256 01 Benešov ("the Controller");

3. Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.
1. The controller processes personal data provided by the buyer with consent and obtained in connection with the performance of the Purchase Agreement and processing of electronic orders on the website www.hirotarsworkshop.com.
2. The controller processes only identification and contact details of the buyer necessary for the performance of the Purchase Agreement;
3. The controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, payment settlement, and necessary communication between contractual parties for the period required by special legal regulations. Personal data will not be published, nor will they be transferred to other countries.
1. For registration on the website www.hirotarsworkshop.com under Section 13 para. 1 letter a) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data;
2. For processing the electronic order of the buyer (name, address, email, phone number);
3. For the fulfillment of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller;
4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the purchase contract. Without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.
1. The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller and for 3 years after termination of the contractual relationship;
2. After the expiration of the retention period of personal data, the Controller is obliged to delete the data.
The third parties who receive the personal data of the buyer are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are directly related to the successful fulfillment of the purchase contract and electronic orders between the controller and the buyer.
Under the conditions set forth in the Act, the buyer has the right:
1. The controller declares that they have implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the personal data of the buyer;
2. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data repositories of personal data, including securing access to computers by password, using antivirus software, and regular computer maintenance.
1. By submitting an electronic order on the website www.hirotarsworkshop.com, the buyer confirms that they have been informed of the conditions for the protection of personal data and accepts them in their entirety;
2. The buyer agrees to these rules by ticking the checkbox in the order;
3. The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. The Controller is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on their website.
These Rules enter into force on 1.1.2019
